The UK Grid Live Dashboard – for BOS Brokers⚡

The UK Grid Live Dashboard – for BOS Brokers⚡

Do BOS provide market insight or timing advice?

No. 🙂

We do not provide ad-hoc opinions, forecasts, or “what do you think?” guidance.

All market insight is provided once, centrally, and live via:

👉 UK Grid Live Broker Market Dashboard
🖥️ Desktop: https://ghost.businessoverheadsolutions.co.uk/uk-grid-live
📱 Mobile: https://ghost.businessoverheadsolutions.co.uk/uk-grid-live/mobile

You can switch between desktop and mobile directly using the button on the page.

What is UK Grid Live?

UK Grid Live is the single source of truth for market conditions.

It shows, in real time:

  • ⚡ Grid demand and generation mix.

  • 🌱 Carbon intensity and wholesale pressure.

  • 📈 Market volatility.

  • 🎯 “Good time to quote?” indicator.

  • 💡 Auto-generated SME-focused insights.

This is exactly what we see internally.

The footer on UK Grid Live states:

“Snapshot reflects live grid conditions at time shown; supplier pricing may lag.
Our helpdesk team do not provide market insights. This dashboard is the insight. You are looking at it.”

This is not guidance. It is policy.

Can the helpdesk interpret the market for me?

No.

The helpdesk does not:

  • tell you whether to quote or wait;

  • interpret market conditions for individual deals;

  • confirm or override broker judgement.

This is intentional.

What if I am unsure what to do?

That is a commercial decision for the broker.

Use:

  • the UK Grid Live indicators;

  • supplier validity windows;

  • the client’s appetite for certainty versus flexibility.

If the deal is ready, quote.
If it is not, wait.

The dashboard provides everything we use internally.

What happens if I raise a ticket asking anyway?

Tickets asking:

  • “Is now a good time to quote?”

  • “What do you think the market will do?”

  • “Should I lock now or wait?”

will be closed with a link to UK Grid Live.

No additional commentary will be provided.

In short

  • 📍 Market insight lives in UK Grid Live.

  • 🧠 Opinions have been replaced with data.

  • 🔒 This keeps guidance consistent and avoids hindsight disputes.

If you are looking for market insight, you are already looking at it.
