If a submitted sale is rejected due to an existing renewal already being in place or pending, you must contact the supplier or liaise with the customer to confirm whether they have arranged a sale directly or through another broker. Please note that we cannot resubmit the sale once it has been rejected for this reason.

If you raise a ticket for the above reason, it will be replied with a link to this article and closed.
